Since 01/12/1986, fees between the contractor and the architect are negotiable.
Quotations are given, following a free consultation where your project is outlined, taking into account three factors:
The cost of the works
The complexity of the works
The extent and difficulty of the brief
Fees are calculated in three different ways
By project: Applies to well-defined projects and is estimated based on an average hourly rate of 75€
By percentage of the cost of the works : This is applied when the project brief is well-defined in advance but the cost of construction is not. This usually applies to a full architectural service.
At an hourly rate: Applies to one-offs consultations and site visits. Our fees applying to a contractor are subject to a written contract.

Consultation and site visits: One-off consultations and expert advice, including support for speculative property viewing
Preliminary and diagnostic studies : Assessment of the construction options of a site or the renovation potential of a property you plan to purchase
Building licences: Assistance in planning applications
Project conception: Design tailored specifically to the client’s brief and presented with a full detailed technical specification for the next phase of the project
Full architectural service: Undertaking of your project from its conception to realisation, while respecting planning regulations, costs and deadlines
Service pricing structure
VAT at 20% for project design without follow-up site supervision
VAT at 10% on renovation works is only available with a full architectural service
VAT at 20% for extensions as they considered as new builds.
